1. Initial Consultation
Starting therapy can feel like a big decision, which is why I offer a free phone consultation before you commit. This is a chance for us to talk about what’s brought you here, explore what you’re hoping to get out of therapy, and address any questions or concerns you may have. We’ll also discuss practicalities and whether working together feels like the right fit for you. You can use the link below to book your consultation.
2. Beginning Therapy
If you choose to start, sessions are held online and last for 50 minutes. You can book individual sessions as needed or reserve a block in advance. Most clients begin with weekly appointments, though some prefer to space sessions out over time as they gain confidence and clarity.
There’s no set number of sessions — you’re free to decide how long you wish to continue.
3. The Therapeutic Process
At different points in life, we can find ourselves overwhelmed by difficult thoughts, emotions, or patterns. Sometimes these stem from past experiences; other times they reflect present-day challenges such as stress, low mood, or relationship difficulties.
Therapy offers a safe, confidential space to explore what’s on your mind with someone who is neutral, accepting, and non-judgemental.
You can book a free phone consultation to explore whether therapy feels like the right step for you.
If you decide to continue, regular online sessions can be scheduled at a time that works for you.
20-minute phone call to discuss what brings you to therapy and field any questions or concerns you may have.
50 minute Online video session.
Book individually or reserve multiple sessions in advance.
My Approach
I offer a warm, collaborative space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. My approach is grounded in curiosity, care, and respect for your pace. Therapy isn’t about having the right answers — it’s about making sense of what’s going on for you, finding clarity, and discovering new ways to relate to yourself and others. Together, we’ll work to create a sense of safety, meaning, and movement.
My Experience
I began my training as an Art Therapist and went on to complete a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling. I’ve also trained in Family Therapy, with a focus on supporting families affected by psychosis. Over the past several years, I’ve worked within the NHS and in private settings, supporting people with a wide range of mental health challenges. This includes counselling young people, working with carers and families, and offering therapeutic support for those navigating neurodiversity, particularly autism.
My Focus
I work with individuals facing anxiety, low mood, OCD, and the effects of stress or burnout, as well as those experiencing more complex or enduring mental health difficulties. I have particular experience supporting teenagers and young adults, people with autism, and those in caring or family roles. I also integrate creative approaches — such as art therapy — where helpful, always tailoring the work to your needs and preferences.
Let’s Take the Next Step Together
Whether you’re feeling ready to begin, or just want to talk through what therapy might look like, I’m here to listen.
